1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 444c ("444c", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://444c.io ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (including cricket markets), live casino games, slot games, card games, Pool Rummy, and High Roller table games. They should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of 444c's real-money gambling services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gambling activity on the Platform. 444c enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players aged 18–20 are not permitted to use the Platform even where local law may define the general age of majority at 18.

2.2 Verification Process

444c may require you to provide documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of your use of the Platform, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to a specific compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID);
• Valid Bangladesh passport;
• Bangladesh driving licence issued by BRTA.

Supporting documents such as proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within three months) may also be requested. Until verification is complete, 444c reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict account functionality.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and accessible to players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 444c does not accept registrations from players permanently resident outside Bangladesh.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 444c account, identified by a unique mobile number and national identity credential. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or device profiles — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by 444c as part of its verification process.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate at all times. If any of your details change — including your registered mobile number, payment method, or residential address — you must update your account information promptly. 444c accepts no liability for delays or failures in service resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 444c will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify 444c immediately at [email protected]. 444c will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

444c enables two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS verification by default on all accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to keep 2FA active at all times. Disabling 2FA increases the risk of unauthorised access and does not reduce the player's responsibility for activity conducted on the account.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is classified as inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 444c reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts once the inactivity period has been reached, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of inactivity fees. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 consecutive months of inactivity.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

444c accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No cryptocurrency deposits are accepted.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimum deposits may differ and are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction. Maximum daily deposit limits may apply based on payment provider restrictions and individual account risk assessment.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 444c account balance in real time or within five minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the banking institution's processing schedule. Deposits initiated outside standard banking hours may be delayed until the next business day.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

Funds deposited to 444c must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified 444c identity. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted and will be returned subject to a processing review. 444c reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

5 Withdrawals & Payout Policy

444c processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability and compliance verification. Withdrawals are paid exclusively in BDT.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Processed within 1–3 business hours during standard banking hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM BST, Sunday to Thursday).

In exceptional circumstances — including but not limited to high withdrawal volumes, payment provider maintenance, or compliance review requirements — withdrawal processing may be subject to delay. 444c will notify the player if a withdrawal is expected to take longer than the standard timeframe.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal request will only be processed where the following conditions are satisfied:

• The account has successfully completed the required identity verification process;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met);
• No ongoing investigation or compliance review is active on the account;
• The withdrawal method and account details match those on file for the verified account.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

444c does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal amounts processed within the published timeframes. Players should be aware that their own mobile wallet provider or bank may apply receiving fees independently of 444c, and 444c accepts no liability for such charges.

5.4 Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts are subject to a maximum single withdrawal of ৳200,000 and a maximum daily withdrawal of ৳500,000. High Roller account tiers may be subject to separate limits communicated at the time of account tier assignment. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

444c offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant offer documentation, which is published on the Platform at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made in respect of bonus-derived winnings. Wagering requirements applicable to each offer are stated clearly within the offer terms and are displayed within the player's active bonus dashboard.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following contribution rates apply:

• Slots (excluding jackpot slots): 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting (including cricket markets): 100% contribution on pre-match single bets with odds of 1.80 or greater;

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry period, stated in the offer terms. Any unused bonus funds and associated winnings that remain in the bonus balance at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically without further notice. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates within the account dashboard.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

444c actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Players who systematically exploit bonus offers through low-risk bet patterns, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account activity will have their bonus entitlements revoked and may have their accounts reviewed for permanent closure. Winnings generated through identified bonus abuse are not eligible for withdrawal.

7 Gameplay Rules & Betting Limits

Each game category available on 444c is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the game information panel. These general Terms apply in addition to game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

7.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each game or market. For sports betting markets — including all cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — the outcome of a market is determined by the final official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 444c reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed, or where the declared result is subject to a formal dispute or reversal by the governing body.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed. 444c reserves the right to adjust bet limits on individual accounts based on account risk assessment, without prior notice. 7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game session, 444c will use all available server-side game history data to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account. 444c is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.4 Obvious Errors

In the event that odds, payouts, or game parameters are displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error (including but not limited to pricing errors, system misconfiguration, or data feed failures), 444c reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the bet was settled. Winnings resulting from a known manifest error are not eligible for withdrawal.

8 Responsible Gaming

444c is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial, emotional, or personal harm, 444c encourages players to use the tools and resources available on the Platform.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Players may request a self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, and the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 444c will also suppress promotional communications to self-excluded players for the duration of the exclusion.

8.2 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via the responsible gaming settings panel. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease an existing limit take effect immediately.

8.3 Session Time Reminders

Players may configure session time reminders that generate an on-screen notification at a specified interval (e.g., every 30 minutes, every hour) to inform them of the duration of their current session. These reminders are intended to support informed decision-making about continued play.

8.4 Reality Checks

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account individually or in combination with other players;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately;

444c's monitoring team operates continuously and uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will not be entitled to appeal the forfeiture of balances where the forfeiture arises directly from the prohibited activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 444c brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to 444c and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment as a registered player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use the 444c name, logo, or brand elements in any external communication without prior written consent from 444c;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Game content displayed on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. 444c's licence to display this content does not extend to the player.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444c's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444c shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond 444c's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from the player's reliance on the Platform being available without interruption or error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 444c's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 444c account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no compliance review is pending. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

12.2 Suspension and Termination by 444c

444c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Suspicious activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider;
• Court order, legal requirement, or instruction from a relevant authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email and provided with an estimated timeframe for the review. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account will be reinstated and any affected transactions reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account — whether initiated by the player or by 444c — the following consequences apply:

• Access to the Platform is immediately revoked;
• All pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules and the resulting balance dealt with according to the reason for termination;
• Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method where termination is not the result of a Terms breach;
• Bonus balances and associated wagering progress are forfeited in all cases;
• 444c's data retention obligations require that account records be retained for a period of five years following account closure, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

444c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in applicable law, changes in payment processing arrangements, adjustments to game offerings, enhancements to platform features, or modifications to our responsible gaming framework.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 444c will provide notice to registered players by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform upon login, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to the player's registered contact details. The updated Terms will carry a revised effective date, displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms in their entirety. 14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 444c platform, as determined by the platform operator in accordance with its operational jurisdiction.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 444c, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of the nature of the dispute and any supporting documentation. 444c commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

The following information should be included in any dispute submission:

• Your registered account username or account reference number;
• A clear description of the disputed event, transaction, or outcome;
• The date and time (in Bangladesh Standard Time, BST/UTC+6) of the relevant event;
• Any screenshots, transaction IDs, or other supporting evidence.

14.2 Finality of Game Results

All game results and bet settlements are recorded by 444c's server-side systems and are considered final once settled, subject to Section 7.4 (manifest errors). In cases of alleged technical error, 444c's server logs constitute the definitive record of game activity and will be used as the primary source of evidence in any dispute review.
